[support] Opening menu links in new windows?

Hello I have a client who wants a couple of the primary links to open in a new window. I looked through the various menu modules, but none seem to have the capability to allow target element manipulation. Is there some known way to do this? I thought also of making a frameset in a static HTML file, linking the menu to that, and keeping the source site open that way, but that is clugie, and non-drupal-esq, at least I think. Thanks Luke
