[support] Blogs of users made by 1 person

Hello, I have here 44 persons who do not know a lot of PC's and internet. But I want them to blog. Is it possible that only the administrator is entering the blog-entries as if it is entered by the user ? And how can I achieve this ? Steven Vermoere
