[support] php and drupal. how to start learning?

Hi, I'm quite tired to ask questions and questions, only because I don't know php and the main structure of drupal. So, I'd like to study. Do you know if exist a manual or a tutorial that explain drupal's structure and the fundamental of php? or, could you just tell me what to start reading? thank you.
