[support] Automatic user login

Hi, Is there a way to disable automatic user login (in other words, user logs in, exits site without logging out, and open site again, and is automatically logged in) and rather /prefill/ the username and password box with the values used to recognize the person logged in? Is this stored in a cookie or something? Has anyone done this before? Thanks in advance, Kobus
