[support] Creating a new language with nearly identical content

Hi everyone! We have a Drupal 6 page with already 13 languages. I was asked to create a new language for Switzerland. Everything will be identical with the German version, only a few nodes have to be changed. Is there a way I can create a new language and copy every content from the German language version? Or is there a module which can "simlink" the German language nodes so I only need to create the few nodes that will be different? Thanks in advance, Balázs
