I installed Dev2Desktop on my win8.1 without any error or problem and now i m using it. You may tried any incompatible version. Try to find a version according to your System 32/64 bit. Been trying to do this for someone without success. It installs seemingly OK when when trying to start it I see numerous permissions errors along with apache (no permission for this website) errors?
