[support] Field N/A value

I keep running into this annoyance, so before I write more code, I thought I would ask. I set up fields with multiple values (e.g. lists, booleans, etc) and it keeps adding a "N/A" value which I have never told it is valid. How do I get rid of that?   Nancy
