Folks:
A status report message is: "Some modules have database schema updates to install. You should run the database update script <http://localhost:8888/update.php> immediately."
When I do update.php, that says:
2. *"Warning message*
*Some of the pending updates cannot be applied because their dependencies were not met."*
Then, the message: "No pending updates"
How should I approach this? Ignore it? Find out more? Sounds like there is some problem with the database. Is there a way to diagnose this?

The un-met dependencies probably needs to be fixed, this sounds like some module now has a dependency that you are not meeting. You should be able to see what module has this problem on the modules page. -- Richard Damon
