Each of the links on that page lead to other pages that have information related to that specific topic. At the bottom of each page (before the comments), is a link labeled "Printer-friendly version". If you click on that link, you can print to PDF that entire section of documentation. I just feel that it would be convenient to have pdf document. Many tools and website have document in pdf. I feel that there should be a single pdf for all the drupal document. -- Regards, Peng
Several years ago, there was one that someone who produced one and made it available. I don't remember who or how to get it. However, the documentation changes daily and is quite large. It was done by Djun Kim.
