Hi, I get thousands of user registrations which more than 90% are spams. I do not want to use protections such as Capcha as they give difficulty to the user registrations. Some one suggest me how I can control the spam registers, though it is moderated, I do not want to scan and unblock the hundreds of registered users registered. (PS I use drupal 6.2 for tamil.net) Cheers Amala Singh Tamil.net

I do not want to use captcha or mollom or similar as they are extra burden to the users, also my website is in Tamil language, and I do not want to impose English oriented captcha or mollom on them. On 10 January 2011 11:52, sivaji j.g <sivaji2009@gmail.com> wrote:

Try: http://drupal.org/project/blogspam I use it on a relatively large site and it stops a lot of spammers. It actually checks the registration info against 3rd party lists for things like: - Reported IP addresses - Reported email addresses - Reported usernames Jamie Holly http://www.intoxination.net http://www.hollyit.net On 1/10/2011 6:26 AM, Amala Singh wrote:
