I don't know how to use different themes on different pages. But controlling a block's appearence on different pages is quite easy. If you click the "configure" link (it is at the right of the block's name) in the block list page (admin/build/block) then you'll see the following: Show block on specific pages: [radio] Show on every page except the listed pages. [radio] Show on only the listed pages. [radio] Show if the following PHP code returns TRUE (PHP-mode, experts only). Pages: [textarea]
