Getting rid of Submitted by and dates
You know how right under a node title it has "submitted by" or "authored by" and the date? Can someone point me to where in the handbook it shows how to get rid of that? I thought this would be an easy fix but I don't really see it in the template.
Check the node.tpl.php file in your theme directory. There is a <?php $submitted ?> code snippet that is responsible for displaying that info. --- Carl Parrish <lists@pcl-consulting.com> wrote:

Go to admin/themes/settings and look for "Display post information on". Uncheck every type of node you don't want that information showing on. -- Jason Flatt http://www.oadae.net/ Father of Six: http://www.flattfamily.com/ (Joseph, 13; Cramer, 11; Travis, 9; Angela; Harry, 5; and William, 12:04 am, 12-29-2005) Linux User: http://www.sourcemage.org/ Drupal Fanatic: http://drupal.org/

Theme pages are filtered "full HTML" Only a happy few can edit those pages.I changed the input format to "filtered" so you can edit again.
