Ber,

I think you are completely right about how a typical non-technical
customer would respond to being presented with this issue, that's why
I feel that it has to be included with the other costs of doing a
project that you roll into the price but do not necessarily disclose
to the customer (like cost of doing sales, cost of your new laptop).

Zack's estimates are very eye opening for me.  Does anyone else have
any input on the size of those estimates?
