You don't have the manpower to build a product that is competitive  
with Drupal.  If you build something "good enough", you don't have  
the manpower to keep up with its changes.  If your business model is  
implementation, then the best business you can be in is implementing  
best-of-breed solutions.  Otherwise, you're just derailing yourself  
from your core competency (solutions, not tools), and you'll lose  
your competitive advantage.

Meanwhile, the market for Drupal implementors is hot right now, so  
why not ride it?
