In principle sounds like a good idea.  Suggested fields:
 * Job description (text area)
 * Required skills & experience (text area)
 * Due date (date?)
 * Contact - email
 * Contact - name
 * Contact - phone
 * Contact - other

Maybe we should include some kind of policy and/or guidelines?

This could be a great service if we promote it well.
