Better have all that under the hood, instead of visible to all (including
crawlers, spam harvesters, ...etc.). For example, the extended version
of job search (4.6 only at the moment) displays an "apply now" link
to registered users, and "login or register to apply" for anonymous.
They click apply now, and are presented with resumes that they
posted on the site before, and select one to send for this job.
The resume is then queued for the handler of that job.
This is more for a corporate HR or recruiter, but may be overkill
for this site.
Perhaps a simple feedback type form that sends a message
with contact info to the job poster is enough here.
