We're not going to run forum module on groups.drupal.org -- a simple
group is going to be the easiest way to run it.

It's not going to be at jobs.drupal.org unless someone steps up and
runs the entire thing. We've got groups.drupal.org as a second spot
to put "stuff" where we have a little more flexibility than
drupal.org itself.

Heh. Semantics are fun. The idea being that it's a spot where people
outside of the Drupal community can easily post notices/requests --
whether these are jobs, contracts, projects, or whatever.

It's not done yet. It's meant to be a precursor to a range of date/
time selector widgets, that all store in that format. You can use the
jstools package today.

Yep, for sure.

Now that we've talked about this a bit, I'm not convinced the need is
real. That is, I certainly have more than enough work to do, and
folks are finding places to post stuff anyway. Does someone want to
volunteer to moderate/manage a Job/Contract Postings group? That's
probably the easiest way to get started, without necessarily any of
the CCK stuff.

Cheers,
