[consulting] Still need help with a Drupal one page handout

close to final version in pdf and scribus format are now online.

If you want to use the scribus file to make changes, download the 
gzipped version, the .sla version won't work.

(can someone with admin on the wiki please remove the .sla file, thanks.)

note that I am not a designer, I have not done desktop publishing on 
a professional level for over 15 years. any crit of design and layout 
are encouraged.
