[consulting] Still need help with a Drupal one page handout

I just tried up upload new files with a couple of fixes people 
suggested via email (some text was missing at the end of some parts 
of the document) but I cant, I get the following error when I try to 
add the attachments via trac

Trac detected an internal error:
database is locked

attached is the revised version for review and comment (if this list 
takes attachments)
