Sure,

I'll find means to get the letter(Already paid for one of my team member to
attend). Nonetheless, I think without invitation letters - there may be many
more potential attendees who would see this as a roadblock.

Maybe Acquia can issue letters. When you pay the online fees, it shows
Acquia.com at the bottom with the phone number. This is what I got on online
payment :

Merchant Contact Information
Drupalcon Productions LLC
Drupalcon Productions LLC
info at acquia.com
978-758-1599

If someone shows the fee receipt to Immigration, they may call Acquia to
inquire about the same.
