[consulting] Anyone interested in a custom promotions/contest module?

This would be for a country music news website that needs to offer
promotions, giveaways, contests and the like.

This would include:

- A page for describing the contest/promotion
- A entry form for user submissions
- The ability to add links and or images to said pages/forms
- Configurable contest rules (such as being able to limit the number of
entries per user to 1 per contest, or 1 per day)
- Closing the contest and having a winner picked based on: random selection,
cannot have won a contest in the past x days, etc)

Whatever development work is completed can be contributed back to the Drupal
project if desired.
I'd be happy to discuss any further information with anyone who is
interested.
