Correct, Laura, that is the way it should be.
However, Kieran has written articles plugging the odesk certification and
calling for help and opinions on it, in the paid Drupal services forum while
speaking in an official capacity, to which we have made reference
approximately a year ago on this mailing list.

To show that is not a fluke, and that the odesk certification program, which
seems to have replaced the "yellow jerseys" approach, check out twitter:

The Drupal Association wants there to be a certfication program, and moves
actively towards getting it done.

Would love to be wrong.
