[consulting] Paid services on drupal.org

I usually offer my services there for Drupal and Ubercart theming and module
development. The way I do it is presenting myself and offering a solution or
ask for more information if needed. That way I can quote them in a
semi-formal way. Charging by hour most of the time. But the problem is there
are a lot of requests from people who tried to do it themselves and screwed
up or have a broken site and is looking for fixes for less than $200.
That said I still get quite a few good clients for bigger projects. It's not
bad but I would love to see something more official/professional.
