A request to "take it elsewhere".... no matter how politely worded is a
request to stop debate and a way to stifle speech. Further, that was not
the only part of it, it included you own ideological statement about the
idea, adding to the debate...
So what you in fact said was to the effect of, stop talking about unionism
here and capitalism is the best. It is obvious you are against unionism,
and you have a very specific agenda in regards to it and you are requesting
that we stop talking about it. Therefore, you were attempting to stifle
free speech, to which I did believe responded appropriately, and I was not
SCREAMING, just to be clear about that.

This throws your credibility out of the window... even if you mean it as a
joke.
