[consulting] Suggestion for Dries and Moderators: New Politics List

I think the list has managed to thrive for a long time (many years) without
moderation. Adding moderation seems like a harsh measure here.

Perhaps a strawpoll on whether Sami's post was offtopic or not, and if
the consensus is that it was, then we ask Sami not to post non-Drupal
stuff any more on the list.
