[consulting] Overlap of D5 Views and D6 Views 2

Hi. Being asked to revise information originally written for creating D5 
Views, the information being about 50% screen shots. The client is 
saying that they estimate it requires a 50% rewrite. I've been asking, 
to see if my estimate is on track, and my estimate that there is only a 
5% overlap in UI between the two seems to be the opinion I'm hearing ± 
2%.  Thought I'd ask here too.
