[consulting] Learning environment with Drupal / Moodle

I am trying to boil down criteria of when Moodle + Drupal is appropriate
versus Drupal + configurations to support individual class areas ( eg
organic groups, CCK, content accesss, etc )  Most likely CiviCRM will be in
the mix as well.

There are already a number of blog posts about this topic ( such as

I would like to know how other folks decide which route to take for
developing an education program's website.
