[consulting] What Causes Feast or Famine?

Sounds like you have tried many ideas online, but what about going out 
to network with other professionals in the real world?  Getting involved 
with local open source user groups including Drupal helps. Volunteering 
at and attending technology or industry specific events. Go out, meet 
people, talk about your experience, and what you want to work on.
