[consulting] Looking for a developer to build a voting module for webform submissions

I thought you were speaking about dropping Webform, which makes a lot more
sense to me.
If the submissions in-site are more important than the e-mails (and they
will be if you decide to implement the voting system on your site), then
Webform is no longer the best option, because you would like to have better
control of this content. Migrating to nodes with CCK is certainly a better
and more maintainable option;
