[consulting] Thinking about the Broken Web, Our Role?

I do think its getting better. A client I've worked with for over 8 years
has suddenly allowed me to introduce TDD and Agile practices into
development. We're having some growing pains but I believe that after this
project we'll be able to deliver a much more stable project. (though I have
no illusions that there will be no bugs). We also have a much bigger QA
staff, that's expected to be involved for the life of the project.
