I'd look at Pantheon (getpantheon.com) if they're open for business yet.

Short of that, google the Drupal Mercury project for info on how to
put this on a Pressflow/Varnish/Memcache/APC/Cacherouter.

Or, simpler would be to use http://drupal.org/project/boost

Although I think that Mercury would be best for this kind of traffic.
