[consulting] What are you working on?

Great, I've been teaching design in the browser using Middleman[1] + Compass + Livereload. I found Middleman to be a lot more versatile (and easy) to use than Jekyll. And it compiles several markup preprocessors, should you want to use Liquid (I rather Haml, but Liquid looks a lot like Twig).

I'm also starting some Aurora-based themes for my projects. It's Compass-oriented Drupal base theme that is insanely great to work with (if you're on the "style guide" + "design in the browser" bandwagon). I've managed to patch some of the Compass extensions in the Aurora stack, Compass Respond-to being the more meaningful patch.

And I'm training a new Drupal apprentice, who is building some basic brochure sites easily and theming it with Zen+Compass. And he stepped up to learn VIM, which is turning out on lots of confusion and fun. We're using the spf13 vim bundle, which brings lots of joy (and is not as macvim-oriented as janus).
