Hi Eljay,
Joel is absolutely correct. To get a cost of upgrade, it is required to
conduct an evaluation of your current site in terms of no. of custom &
contrib modules and their Drupal 7 counterparts. For custom modules it's
better to look at the code and then estimate the effort. It's always better
to avoid those who hurry on to get the project.
Just saw that your site www.planttreaty.org is using Durpal 6.31 and I'm
glad to see it's updated to latest D6 version. Don't ask how I found out
the Drupal version ;)
Also, you are looking to implement responsive theme for your site. That's a
good move I must say. The theme chosen is perfect for news sites like yours.
