[drupal-devel] Let's accept more interim solutions

To name a good counter example, consider the "book blocks as menu" 
patch. This patch addresses many issues. But it has one important one 
problem: you cannot set it up anymore so that a book block appears only 
on one of its pages (without setting up a gazillion block admin paths).

I do not want this patch committed until that problem is addressed as it 
is very important for Drupal.org's handbook rewriting.
