See http://drupal.org/node/29670.  We still have to move mail, CVS  
and other services but we are waiting for the additional servers to  
arrive.

Because of the move, existing CVS checkouts might no longer update  
(eg. you are prompted with a "Connection refused" message).  If that  
happens, use cvs.drupal.org rather than drupal.org.
