[development] Drupal 4.5.7/4.6.5 release schedule

Perhaps this is out of line, but if another 4.6 release is soon to be
released, can someone take a look at this patch?

Without the patch, there are big problems with multiple database
connections .. mostly that the cache doesn't work. It'd be really nice
to have the patch merged in to the next version so it's one less
customization required.
