[development] Drupal 4.6.5 and 4.5.7 released

Hello world,

the Drupal project has released version 4.6.5 and 4.5.7 of its open- 
source content management platform.  These are not security releases  
but regular maintenance releases that fix problems reported using the  
bug tracking system.  Details at http://drupal.org/drupal-4.6.5.
