[development] let's cleanup /misc

If we create an image directory then I would strongly suggest creating a
/images/icons sub directory where Drupal icons can be placed.  Further, I
would suggest adopting the Linux convention for icon folder names and
structure.  This would allow people to easily swap icon sets for their site.

/images/icons/<style>/24x24
