Well, a whole website is an obstacle for a blind person who can't use a mouse to click here or there. Hotkeys or tab order is the only way I can see around this issue, but this is off-topic, so won't discuss it here.

Amen to that. Also the fact that the cancel doesn't stand out much compared to the Delete and users can then accidentally delete content they don't want to delete. I agree, it's unlikely and you could feel "if you're that daft, you have no reason to use this site" but fact remains that a user-centered person won't say something like that (at least not openly... ;))
