Moshe - I'd like to explore your folksonomy API, integrating it with the 
existing taxonomy code (non-per-user-taxonomy), and then creating a 
"folksonomy_shared" module which would be the UI/handler of a standard 
delicious-like system. Largely, these would be non-backwards-compatible 
changes with what you've already established. Wanna meet sometime on IRC 
and bang out some things? Maybe tomorrow?
