We are always listening. Even to shouting and ranting people so it seems  :). 
But keep in mind that only suggestions dont really get us anywhere. It is one 
thing t /know/ what must be improved, but its another thing to /improve/ it. 

we are very aware of flaws in usability of our software, that is right, but 
few have the time or resources to sit down and come with actual solution in 
terms of code, documentation, or hired specialists. 

So feel free to commit your ideas, please! But do keep in mind  that mockup, a 
screenshot, a html page etc with that will help us far more then: "i think 
you should organise the admin area better"
