[development] please review patch for sorting & categorizing modules

As part of CivicSpace Labs contributions to drupal.org, I've been working on 
introducing into the project module the ability to browse projects by 
multiple criteria (date, category, etc.).

I've posted a patch at http://drupal.org/node/33803, including a link to a 
demo site (with only a couple of sample projects).  Reviews, please!
