Er, sure. But what I actually had in mind was the theme_styles directory that 
existed for a while when phptemplate started to get popular - people kept adding 
styles to it even after it was decided to keep them with their parent themes. 
Then having to go through all the pain of moving them afterwards. It's a small 
picky thing, but it required someone with filesystem access to remove it.
