You may want to look at the WordPress "All Options" screen. Here's a
screenshot from 1.5.2:

To make this, their options table has the following fields: option_id,
blog_id, option_name, option_can_override, option_type, option_value,
option_width, option_height, option_description, option_admin_level,
autoload.
