It will be axactly the same as the the blocks admin thing to select pages a 
block show up 

so, uuh, indeed. It will be confusing :p

kidding: It is there already, docs are there for this, etcetc. All people need 
to do is copy paste some list of regexps (from a handbook chapter) and maybe 
tweak them a little. wouldnt that be ideal: a regexp library for blocks and 
sections?
