As of this morning, Links is released for Drupal 4.7, without the admin
screen (which is now in its own module called links_admin).

There is one known bug which I hope to have fixed tonight, but it's not a
show-stopper, so I went ahead and tagged the modules.

Thanks for all who posted supportive comments on this thread. You've given me
the motivation to get this moving again. I'm traveling a lot in the next two
weeks, unfortunately, but at least we got the code "shipped" before that.
