[development] Add a "unique value" function to profile fields

Hi,

I have submitted a patch that add a "unique value" setting/function 
to profile fields. If this is a feature you are interested in please 
have a look.

The patch is used on a production site with Drupal 4.7 where this 
feature is needed and it seems to work as it should. I'm interested 
in hearing if the implementation is good and to make it part of core, 
making it easier to update the site.
