[development] no 4-7-0 branch for core yet?

Yes double typo, left out the .0.

My website uses MySQL on one of their 5.0.12 servers 

www.ramapo2007.dreamhosters.com instead of the currently live site
www.ramapo2007.org on another ISP that I am moving off of which is on MySQL
4.something. I have not moved the name servers yet.
