I think Ken's idea of having 3 Drupal developers at his company,
including a team leader whose job will include going to Drupal
conferences and maintaining strong ties with the Drupal community is a
clever solution to possible divergence between Drupal core values and
enterprise needs.  If all enterprises did this, it could bring a lot to
Drupal.  Ken, I hope your company ends up choosing Drupal.  Please do
keep us updated.
