[development] Two important patches

Hi!

After the rain of commits :) two hours ago a few things got broken.

There is a new patch at http://drupal.org/node/42886 ,  
http://drupal.org/files/issues/system_weights_3.patch which moves the  
adding of weight column to system table from update.inc to very early in  
update.php -- otherwise the bootstrap in update.php fails.

admin/modules is also broken but jakeg http://drupal.org/node/43835 nicely  
fixed it.

So, if you want to spend your Sunday w/ latest HEAD, then apply these.
